The Springbank Curling Club hosts League Curling five days per week during the curling season, which begins in late Setember and continues until late March.  We are currently accepting entries, you can reach out to our coordinators to secure your spot!  You can register as a team, or indicate your interest to join a team by contacting the league representatives below.

The Springbank Junior Program is for curlers ages 8-18 with all levels of experience.  Our program runs Saturday morning from 10am until 12pm and is designed to introduce novice junior curlers to curling and to teach them the current rock delivery and sweeping techniques.

The first hour is instruction, focusing on rock release and delivery.  The second hour is a curling game to allow the juniors an opportunity to practise what they have learned - depending on the attendance we either have pick-up games mixing curlers of all experience levels or have games between curlers of similar experience level.

Our first session runs for 9 weeks from October 19 until Christmas, and the cost is $80 per curler.   We will schedule a second session for the balance of the winter at a later date. 

Curling equipment - grippers, sliders and brooms are available for use, free of charge. Helmets are required.

Springbank Curling Club is excited to offer two full-day curling clinics on the weekend of Oct 5 & 6, 2024. 

Both clinics are led by Level 3 Curling Coach Andy Jones and include on-ice and off-ice sessions focusing on delivery, sweeping, games, and strategy and are for all levels of experience, whether brushing up on your technique or learning something new!

Saturday October 5 is for Junior players (ages 8-18) at a cost of $50 per person. 

Sunday October 6 is the adult clinic. The cost is $110 per person for SCC Members (Non-members $140). 

Each of these clinics runs from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.  Lunch is included.  If you don't have curling equipment - grippers, sliders and brooms are available for use, free of charge.

Volunteers are the backbone of any Curling Club.   Volunteers are essential to the success of the club ie: board of directors, league reps, bonspiels, banquets,  Provincial events and much more.
